Regional Director Prelude Behavioral Services is a CARF accredited organization that provides comprehensive substance abuse and behavioral health services. We’re looking for an experienced manager whose values align with ours and who wants to make a difference, inspire others, drive innovative ideas, and deliver results. In this key position, you will oversee our Central Iowa Region located in Des Moines, Iowa and be an active member of our leadership team. Our services include a 50-bed, twenty-four hour residential and halfway facility, outpatient services, and a 17-bed woman’s halfway house. Key responsibilities include:  Providing supervision to clinical management  Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained  Ensuring all programming is provided in accordance with all agency, local, state and federal policies, procedures and guidelines and meeting all reporting deadlines  Serving as the community liaison  Developing and adhering to annual budgets  Developing data collection methods, analyzing data and providing outcome measures A qualified candidate must have a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; CADC or independent license (LISW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT); at least five years of clinical experience and four years experience as a supervisor.
