We are less than a week away from the CPMA Convention and Trade Show in Montréal.
The organizing committee has worked hard on an event that will provide each participant with

LOOK WHO’S COMING LIST
The Look Who’s Coming List is now available on the Convention website.
Exhibitors who have registered their booth personnel are included on the list.
Want to be on the list? Please register your booth personnel as soon as possible.
Please note that if you have just recently registered, it may take up to 72 hours before your
name appears in the list as we are currently receiving a high volume of registrations. Some
participants have been removed from this list for privacy reasons at the participant's request.
NEW PRODUCT SHOWCASE
Stop by the New Product Showcase displays that will be located in the Exhibit Hall Foyer and see
what’s new in the market.
One of these new products will win the Best New Product Award sponsored by Canadian Grocer.
The winner will be announced on the Trade Show floor on Friday, April 17.
LEARNING LOUNGES
New this year! Get some bite-sized education right on the Trade Show floor on Friday, April 17
from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Topics include:
 Emerging Technology in produce and beyond
 Marketing to Retail
 Specialty Items – An explosion in taste
 Product Innovation – Moving from specialty to mainstream. This session will be offered
in French only.

WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH YOUR EXHIBITOR BADGE?
Your Exhibitor badge gives you access to the Trade Show, business sessions and After Party only.
If you wish to attend the Retail Tour, the Chair’s Welcome Reception, and/or the Annual
Banquet, you must purchase additional tickets.

WASH STATIONS FLOOR PLAN
Wash Stations Floor Plan is now available in the Exhibitor’s Corner. The floor plan indicates the
locations of the wash stations for Hand Wash, Produce Wash and Utensils Wash. Wash stations
are to be used strictly as assigned.
HAND WASHING: Each stand where unwrapped food is prepared or handled must be equipped
with hot and cold running water, liquid or powdered soap from a dispenser, and individual
towels. The stand must at least have a tank with a minimum capacity of 19 litres (5 gallons),
a steady flow tap dispensing jets of warm water, a soap dispenser, individual towels, and a
receptacle to collect the water.
Hand sanitizers are permitted for serving pre-packed foods only and are not permitted as a
substitute for traditional hand washing.
TRADE SHOW OPENING CEREMONY
Before the trade show opens its doors, attendees will enjoy a musical performance by
Sweet’n’Sour, followed by the official welcome speech and the traditional ribbon cutting
ceremony, all of which will take place between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16.
Sweet’n’Sour is a group that combines both the elegance and vitality of jazz pop. You will be
surprised by their unusual interpretations of some of the most popular songs by pop music
artists of the moment.

MOST CREATIVE DISPLAY AWARD
The Best Booth Award has been tweaked this year to become the Most Creative Display Award.
This award recognizes exhibitors for their efforts in assembling the most creative display using
fresh produce.
Vote onsite by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16 for your favourite booth, and you will be eligible
to win an iPad mini! You cannot vote for your own booth!

ADVANCE SALES OFFICE FOR CALGARY 2016
The Advance Sales Office for Calgary will open in June 2015. All remaining exhibit space will be
made available after that and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will be assigned a time slot for your company to sign up for an exhibit space based on our
Priority Allocation Points System that combines the following criteria: tenure as a CPMA
Member (consecutive years), and overall financial contribution to CPMA (2014 CPMA Fiscal Year
- from Nov. 1, 2013 to Oct. 31, 2014).
You will receive an email in May with the details of your online appointment.
