to collect 1 coupon for each sample. Sample sizes are as follows: Wine – 1 oz, Liquor/Liqueur – ¼ oz,
Beer/Coolers – 2 oz.

ProServe training is required for all people serving liquor in a licensed premise. Since you have
ample notice of this requirement, it is your responsibility to ensure all your servers can provide
proof of this training to an AGLC inspector on-site should it be requested.
It is your responsibility to refuse service to those that appear intoxicated. We have police
services and security guards on site if you require any assistance.
It is against AGLC regulations to sample alcohol while serving. The person that is caught will be
asked to leave the venue.
