Buffalo, NY 5/6/15 – Career Partners International hosted its Annual Global Meeting in Miami, Florida
with over 100 attendees from around the world. The company is one of the world’s largest and most
successful talent management consultancies recognized for its excellent services in outplacement,
executive coaching, leader development, employee engagement and retention.
During the Annual Awards Banquet, Career Partners International recognized those who made significant
contributions to the organization in 2014. Career Partners International Buffalo | Niagara (CPIBN) received
the coveted Highest Candidate Satisfaction Award for maintaining the highest overall satisfaction levels of
outplacement participants among all offices worldwide. These satisfaction levels included a rating of
9.75 out of 10 and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94.44.
In addition Dottie Austin, Co-Principal of CPIBN, received the Above and Beyond Award for serving as
the Vice President of the Quality & Standards Division. The Quality & Standards Division is responsible
for ensuring only the highest levels of quality are provided to participants and client companies. With
over 25 years of experience in the talent management arena, she takes great pride in delivering worldclass services that exceed client expectations every time.
For demonstrating strong business development and market penetration, resulting in a high volume
