Week 1: June 29th –July 2nd (Center closed July 3rd)
Theme: Star Spangled Extravaganza
Oh say can you see…all the fun this week will bring us as we celebrate the great
Red, White and Blue. The children will sing patriotic songs and march in a
Patriotic Parade.

Week 2: July 6th – 10th
Theme: Amazing Animals
This week, C2S will become the Animal Planet as we learn all about the creatures
with who we share this earth.

Week 3: July 13th – 17th
Theme: Nature from the Ground Up
We’re going on a bear hunt…and on the way, we will be on the lookout for
rabbits, birds, and even precious minerals.

Week 4: July 20th – 24th
Theme: Budding Biologists
It is Mad Science at C2S. We will be creating our own version of Science 101 with
experiments and exploration of living things.

Theme: Enchanted World
Wizards, Princes, Princesses, Kings, and Queens will all be found at C2S this week.
Preparations for the Royal Ball are already underway!

Theme: Culinary Creations
It will be fun to see what we can “cook up” this week. It is a safe bet that we will
literally be “playing with our food”!

Week 7: August 10th – 14th
Theme: Rockin Reptiles
Elton John would be jealous of C2S’s Crocodile Rock. Snakes, hissing cockroaches,
huge turtles, and so much more, will be present for an exciting hands on
experience.

Week 8: August 17th – 21st
Theme: Water Week
You never know what you will find while out on the deep blue sea…perhaps a
pirate ship or a school of dolphins. We will be explorers this week in search of all
ocean life.

Theme: It’s a Small World
We are packing our bags, planning a trip around the world with stories, music,
games, and celebrations from far away places.
Event: Field Trip to Crayola Factory 0n 8/25 @ 10:00 a.m.
Event: Have your passports ready! Join C2S students as they travel the world
enjoying different cultures and cuisines
Week 10: August 31st – September 3rd (camp closed 9/4)
Theme: Once Upon a Time
…in a land far away…begins our week of fairytale adventures. We will recreate
some well known stories and create some of our own.
Event: Visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog on 8/31 at 11:00 a.m.
Event: Dress as your favorite storybook character or Super Hero on 9/2
