1. Which itineraries qualify for this offer? With the exception of Anthem and Quantum of the Seas®,
all ships sailing 6-Night or longer Caribbean, Bahamas, or roundtrip Europe itineraries departing between
April 15, 2015 and March 31, 2016 are eligible for this offer.
2. How do I ensure that my clients receive free taxes, fees, and port expenses? All bookings confirmed on
eligible sailings will automatically qualify for this offer. The charges typically assessed for taxes, fees, and port expenses will automatically reduce, reflecting ‘no charge’ for bookings paid in US Dollars only.
3. Is a promo code necessary to qualify? This offer will automatically apply to all qualifying bookings. No promo code is necessary.
4. Does this offer apply to all guests in a booking, including higher occupancy staterooms? Yes, all guests in a booking, inclusive of 3rd/4th guests, are able to take advantage of free taxes, fees, and port expenses for this limited time only.
5. Is this offer combinable with group reservations? Only new, individual reservations booked in US Dollars are eligible for free taxes, fees, and port expenses. Group bookings do not qualify.
6. Can qualifying bookings able be transferred into a group? This offer is not eligible for group bookings; therefore, should you choose to transfer a qualifying reservation into a group, associated charges for taxes, fees, and port expenses will be reapplied to the booking and will become the guest’s responsibility.
7. Are bookings confirmed under restricted fares, such as Military, Resident, or Senior discounts, able to take advantage of this offer? There are no restrictions by fare code; all rates and promotions (booked in US dollar) qualify for free taxes, fees and port expenses.
8. Can this offer be booked through automation? Yes, automated booking tools support this offer. Pricing will automatically reflect ‘no-charge’ for taxes, fees, and port expenses at time of booking.
9. Are single occupancy bookings eligible for this offer? Single guests confirmed on eligible sailings qualify for this offer.
10. Can guests who are currently booked choose to take advantage of this offer? Should current booked guests opt to convert to this offer, the reservation would need to be cancelled and rebooked at prevailing fares during the designated booking window to qualify.
11. Can Canadian residents paying in US Dollars take advantage of this great offer? Residency is not a factor in this offer; therefore, Canadian guests wishing to take advantage of this offer can do so simply by confirming and paying for their reservation in US Dollars.
