Memorial Day Murph Challenge
Join us in honoring Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Lt. Michael P. Murphy in
the “Murph” Challenge.
Registration is $48 and includes an event shirt from FORGED clothing. Please register
early for this WOD. All profits go towards the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial
Scholarship Foundation.
Anyone can participate! Bring family, friends and coworkers to participate.
“Murph” can be scaled for beginners, completed in teams or as individuals.
