NOTE: Application and Fee’s must be received by April 1st.
Vendor Booths: Size of space standard booth space is 10’ x 10’. The vendor must provide all items to include tables, chairs, and electrical devices
to operate booth. The use of a canopy is permitted so as long as it is securely affixed to the ground, either by stakes or adequate weights to insure
stability in high winds. It is recommended that the Vendor have adequate insurance and be able to provide upon request. Vendor booth cannot have
any type of floor (i.e. canvas floor, etc) unless it is approved by the DVMA show committee. The show site will provide nearby parking for delivery
vehicles and trailers. Sanitary rooms will be provided as part of the show located at The Streets of Brentwood, in Brentwood, CA. Food vendors
are not allowed at this site. Non-automotive vendors will have to be approved by the Show Committee and Streets of Brentwood.

Vendor may not park delivery or storage vehicles at booth site without prior approval by the DVMA show committee.

By signing this agreement it is agreed that the paid fee is non refundable (This is a rain or shine event.) and it will not be carried over for future shows in case the vendor is
unavailable. Also by signing this agreement the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Diablo Valley Mustang Association, as the vendor is an independent contractor
and not an agent, servant, employee, or representative of the Diablo Valley Mustang Association event. Vendor accepts full responsibility for all liability or damages to persons
or property arising out of the vendor’s use and occupancy of the location including without limitation the sale or promotion of the product/services provided by the vendor.
Vendors are responsible for any licensing fees and requirements of record with Contra Costa County, CA.
