GCC Resident Visa Module

Introduction
Ednrd.ae is an online system for the General Directorate of
Residency And Foreigners Affairs - Dubai . The system has been
running for more than 6 years . This user manual explains a new
feature through which customers can apply for a GCC Resident
Visa online.
What is GCC Resident Visa?
If you are a resident of any GCC country then you can apply online
for a visa to enter UAE. Using this new feature your travel agent
will apply and print your visa online once approved.
Conditions
phase I: In phase one only the residents of GCC countries can apply
for this service through the airlines/travel agents.
Validity: The visa must be used within 14 days from the issue date.
Refund: there shall be NO refund (similar to other visas)
Port of entry: The passenger has to come through Dubai entry ports
only.
Where to Start
GCC module does not require any registration . When you login to Ednrd.ae with your
username and password you will be able to use this service .

Upon clicking the Save button, the below confirmation message will be displayed containing
Unique reference number for your application that the system has generated. Please take note
of it for further reference.

Upon clicking ‘Post ’ button, you will be redirected to ‘Pay mode’ page where you will can
pay via your Advance or Charge Account:

Upon clicking Pay button, the system will generate a unique reference number.

The system will generate a Unique Payment Reference Number after confirming the payment
information:

• Whenever you need to know the status of your application you may click on “Status
Enquiry” , enter search criteria then click on “Search”. Based on your search criteria the results
will be displayed
GCC visa application post
• You can post single/multiple ‘GCC Resident and/or ‘Residence Accompanied’ application(s)
by accessing the ‘Post’ menu option on the left panel. The ‘Post Cart’ on the right panel will
be displayed showing the total number of selected applications including the total fee to be
paid.

• Ednrd system allows you to export the residence visa application form into PDF format so
that you can print it whenever you need.

• Once the visa is issued you can print it from the “Print Visa” menu option
Business partner user
• The Business Partner user cannot post the visa application but can do all the other
functions. Only the Service Center User can post the application that was created by the
Business Partner User and will be available under ‘Pre-post Pending’ .
Service center user
• Applications posted by the “Business Partner” user will be available to the ‘Service Center’
user under ‘Pre-post Check’ where the Service Center user can assign any of the following
statuses to the application :Accepted / Rejected / Pending .
