“COTEDAZUR-CARD®” PASS GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

“COTEDAZUR‐CARD®” PASS GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS The RIVIERA CÔTE D’AZUR REGIONAL TOURISM COMMITTEE operates the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® and relies on a network of certified dealers. 1. The COTEDAZUR‐CARD® Pass is a strictly personal individual electronic passport. 2. The Pass is valid year round. 3. The count for the period of validity of each Pass is automatically triggered with the 1st passage in one of the sites included with the Pass. 4. Access to the tours and activities included with the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® is possible only for the duration of validity of the Pass, according to the formula chosen: 6 days for a 3‐day Pass Liberté and 12 days for a 6‐day Pass Liberté. 5. A day begun counts as a day of use. Thus, the Liberté formula makes it possible to have access to activities on non‐consecutive days, if that is what has been chosen. 6. The COTEDAZUR‐CARD® entitles its holder only to one passage per activity. 7. Complete practical information and conditions of access for each site and activity included with the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® is available on the www.cotedazur‐tourisme.com site and is referenced in the 2015 Guide printed by the Riviera‐Côte d’Azur Regional Tourism Committee. 8. COTEDAZUR‐CARD® holders are invited to read beforehand the conditions for access and opening of the sites, some activities being seasonal, dependent on weather, access limited to a specific number of participants or requiring prior booking, etc. 9. The COTEDAZUR‐CARD® can be neither exchanged, nor refunded in case of theft, loss or total or partial non‐use, deterioration or closure or exceptional inaccessibility of a partner site. 10. The Riviera‐Côte d’Azur Regional Tourism Committee, which operates the COTEDAZUR‐
CARD®, can in no circumstances be held accountable for: ‐ any damages or expenses resulting from use of the Pass, fraudulent use in particular; ‐ cancellation (for safety, bad weather or any other reason) or for inadequate performance of a service mentioned in the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® information leaflet by one of the partner sites (it is then the responsibility of the service provider concerned in the context of the management of the activity). 11. The formulas and tariffs for the period from 1 November 2014 to 31 October 2015 are: a. Pass Liberté for 3 non‐consecutive days, valid for 6 days Adult: €39 ‐ Discount rate for children (age 4 to 12): €21 b. Pass Liberté for 6 non‐consecutive days valid for 12 days Adult €54 ‐ Discount rate for children (age 4 to 12): €29 12. The discount rate applies to children age 4 to 12. 13. Free admission is granted for the 3rd Child Pass in the same family group and applies only with the purchase of 2 Adult passes and 2 Child passes, regardless of the formula chosen. This offer does not concern groups. 14. In the event of online purchase from the Riviera‐Côte d’Azur Regional Tourism Committee site (www.cotedazur‐card.com), the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® takes the form of a printable electronic ticket (A4 E‐Ticket format with barcode). 15. Pursuant to the provisions in Article L.121‐21‐8 of the Consumer Code, the withdrawal right does not apply to “accommodation, transport, restaurant or leisure services to be provided at a specific date or period.” Consequently, no possibility of withdrawal is available to the client as from the date of purchase. 16. Purchase of the COTEDAZUR‐CARD® implies acceptance of the General Sales Conditions described above. 17. Pursuant to the modified Law on Informatics and Freedom of 6 January 1978, Users have the right to access, alter, rectify or delete data concerning them at all times. They may exercise it by sending an e‐mail to: info@cotedazur‐card.com.
