Conceive with ease workshop

Conceive with ease
workshop
Learn how to support fertility by optimizing good health, ovulation and sperm count.
This one day workshop for women and their partners focuses on the nutritional and
yoga practices required for healthy reproductive systems and positive pregnancies.
The journey to becoming a parent requires nutritional, emotional and physical wellness. We will also
be educating on how a healthy endocrine (hormone) and nervous system affect your body and mindset, and why they play a vital part in healthy conception. You will be guided through specialized
physical techniques which incorporate the latest neo-natal development research as well as learning
how to better connect with your partner while actively preparing for pregnancy. You will further your
knowledge on diet and key fertility and baby nutrients; and the use of special botanical foods.
No previous experience of yoga necessary.
Lorna Driver-Davies, registered Nutritional Therapist, Functional
Medicine, herbs and botanical foods advisor:
• The ideal conception diet: key nutrients, why you need them and how
