Exhibitors arriving for set-up must use the north entrance of The Crossings Branch. Upon arrival exhibitors must check in and will receive an exhibitor badge and table number. Space Allocation:   Tables will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors must contain all materials, demonstrations, and promotions within the boundaries of their exhibit space. Registration must be paid in person at Lethbridge Public Library’s Financial Services between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Mon through Fri. (Use the service entrance on the NW corner of the library’s parking lot.) th There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 10 . Important: The Lethbridge Public Library is responsible for hosting and organizing the Craft Fair. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Lethbridge Public Library, and any other participants from and against any direct or indirect loss or damage to persons or property caused by any act of the Exhibitor, its employees, servants or agents. The Lethbridge Public Library shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind or nature, however caused, incurred by the Exhibitor, its employees, servants or agents, as a result of its occupation of exhibit space or other participation in the Craft Fair.
