1. To accept the Expressions of Interest received before the deadline, in order to be evaluated;
2. To approve the criteria for assessing the Expression of Interest, in order to elaborate shortlists
as shown in the Attachment 1;
3. To appoint the Expert Group in the following composition: [CONFIDENTIAL]
4. To present the Short-List Report to Evaluation Committee and subsequently to European
Bank for Reconstruction and Development for recomendation and approval.
