**Space is not guaranteed! Upon approval, you will receive a welcome pack and invoice. Sauce will review all applications and allot
space based on the following: keeping the event diverse, helping newer trucks build a following, and responding to reader’s favorites.
AGREEMENT
I, _________________________, agree to the above dates and conditions. I also affirm that I will do my utmost to arrive at the event one (1)
hour prior to opening in order to make service smooth for myself and my fellow participating trucks. I will refrain from displaying signs promoting
competing events during operations at Food Truck Friday. I will honor the menu restraints of five items (This is negotiable for trucks serving premade items such as soups, cupcakes, etc.), no alcohol, and no styrofoam containers. I will ensure that I have enough staff to serve the volume of
customers at Food Truck Friday. My outdoor set up will be limited to: cash register, drinks, and a grill if needed.
