I also affirm that I will do my utmost to arrive at the event one (1) hour prior to opening in order to make service smooth for myself and my fellow participating trucks. I will refrain from displaying signs promoting competing events during operations at Food Truck Friday. I will honor the menu restraints of five items (This is negotiable for trucks serving premade items such as soups, cupcakes, etc.), no alcohol, and no styrofoam containers. I will ensure that I have enough staff to serve the volume of customers at Food Truck Friday.
