Protocol and procedures for Events or Programs
All dates and times for every event or program must be processed in the church office
FIRST to insure availability prior to submitting the Endeavor proposal or Building Usage
Form. Please complete this step by talking to Beverly Wurm who is
in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the week. Please
note she has access to the church calendar on a regular basis. Beverly
Wurm is responsible for approval of events and building use.
Contacting the church office first will prevent double bookings,
overlapping event errors, and will allow for accurate updating of the church bulletins.
Take the necessary steps to ensure success!
1. Check with the church office to see if your date is available.
2. Complete the Endeavor Proposal (lilac sheet) for submission to the Mission Council
3. Complete a Set-Up Sheet (green) if your event requires table and chairs.

INTRODUCTION OF GUEST PREACHER
*CALL TO WORSHIP
Gracious God, we thank you for making one human family of all the peoples of the
earth and for creating all the wonderful diversity of cultures.
Enrich our lives by ever-widening circles of fellowship and show us your
presence in those who differ most from us.
Forgive those of us who have been silent and apathetic in the face of racial intolerance
and bigotry, both overt and subtle, public and private.
And take away the arrogance and hatred which can infect our hearts.
Break down the walls that separate us.
And help us to find the unity which is the fruit of righteousness enabling us to
become your beloved community.
Empower us to speak boldly for justice and truth and help us to deal with one another
without hatred or bitterness, working together with mutual respect.
And work through our struggles and confusion to accomplish your purposes.
We’ve come together in this place at this moment for this purpose:
To worship the One who unites us, encourages us, forgives us, and loves us all!
