Garnet Valley Prom Showcase 2015

The senior parents of the Garnet Valley High School (GVHS) will be hosting a Prom Showcase on Monday, March 16,
2015 starting at 5:45 PM. All funds raised go directly to the Post Prom 2015 event, sponsored by REACH 211.
The Prom Showcase is a wonderful evening planned for the students and parents to help them prepare for the upcoming
Prom season. By having the event in March, we are not only able to reach students before Senior Prom, but also
students who will attend the Junior Prom. The event will include a gown and tuxedo fashion show, musical
entertainment, refreshments and of course, time to visit all of our vendors that will be participating that evening.

We are asking you to purchase a vendor table to attract our attendees to your business, advertise in our program and/
or donate a raffle item relative to your services. We will provide you with a vendor display table and chairs for your
vendor setup. The raffle item and a raffle ticket box will be displayed at your table. Throughout the evening, we will be
announcing the raffle item winners. We expect the raffles to be a large part of our fundraising. You will also have the
ability to sign students up for your services that evening. If you have any special needs, please let us know in advance
so we may do everything possible to accommodate your request.
