understand how. I need someone to help me.
I have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and desire New

I am a member of another Baptist Church and want to join

From Your Pastor
April 5, 2015
Dear Grace Family and Friends,
Happy Resurrection Day! What a glorious prospect the empty tomb
represents. Because of the resurrection we have hope; hope of
forgiveness; hope of life without end in God's presence; hope of victory
over every foe. No wonder the devil works tirelessly to cast dispersion
on this most significant event in human history. 1st Corinthians 15:14
says, If Christ be not risen, then our preaching is vain and your faith
is also in vain. To be "in vain" implies being empty or useless. That
describes Christianity perfectly "if Christ be not risen." If Christ is not
risen, Christianity is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated against the
human race. Over 2 billion folks on the planet profess faith in Jesus
Christ, according to the 'Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life' in a
2010 survey. That's nearly a third of the global population. That's a
pretty big group to fool. Yet followers of the Muslim religion make up a
similar number, so numbers in and of themselves don't prove anything.
The older I get the more obvious it becomes that the majority of
folks will believe anything. Our political system proves that. Though
Americans have been lied to and deceived by politicians for decades,
most still pay attention to, and let themselves be influenced by, "election
rhetoric." How ridiculous. No; it takes more than numbers to prove the
resurrection. Yet ancient Roman history records that a man named
Jesus of Nazareth was crucified and buried in a tomb. Today that tomb
is empty. Perhaps His disciples simply stole the body? However, each
died a martyrs death while all the while being offered leniency if they
would simply renounce their faith in the resurrection. They refused
because they knew it was true. That's the reason my faith in a
resurrected Christ is unshakeable. Can you say the same? Praise God,
Jesus is alive; and He's coming again someday. Are you ready to meet
Him? If not, what better time to get ready than resurrection Sunday? I
love you and am honored to be your Pastor. God Bless You!
Changing our world by loving God & loving each other!
