Hatchery Road, Eagle, Idaho-This is a “rain or shine” event Hours of Operation- Saturday10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-6pm To apply for 2015 event: Include two photos of your merchandise. Two Checks Are Required From Each Vendor: A) 1st Check-Application Fee (non-refundable) B) 2nd CheckBooth Fee and Additional Parking Pass Fee (if applicable) Food vendors MUST submit a full menu including prices and copies of all applicable licenses with their application. No exceptions. All fees, photos and booth descriptions MUST be included with your completed application. Failure to do so may result in exclusion of your booth. Application fees must be same day bankable. Postdated checks will only be accepted for booth fees if arrangements are made in advance. If we are unable to provide a space, your payment will be refunded (minus the $15.00 nonrefundable application fee). The event committee reserves the right to jury all applications and refuse any vendor or item. Power will be supplied for FOOD VENDORS ONLY. There is no power source for crafting and retail booths. The festival is open until dusk, so an alternate source of power is advised. Trailers are allowed for FOOD VENDORS ONLY. Food and beverage vendors are subject to an additional 10% (ten per cent) of gross sales one hour after event closing. Failure to make payment will result in exclusion from all subsequent Gruntwerks events. Recycling is mandatory at the Eagle Island Experience. If you bring it in, you take it out. Vendors not following the guidelines will be closed immediately with no refund. No refunds will be given if the event is closed due to bad weather. No Camping is allowed on park grounds. Gates will be closed and locked at 11pm. No one will be allowed in or out of the park after closing. Vendors will not hold Eagle Island State Park, The Eagle Island Experience Festival, Gruntwerks Productions, participants, directors, volunteers or employees responsible for claims, fees, damages or expenses before, during or after the event period.
