Each booth will be 10 X 12 (to accommodate tent tie downs)
Craft Vendors: Outside booth space - $60.00/per space
Food Vendors: $100 per space
*** PLEASE NOTE: We only allow one representative per event as a courtesy to the following vendors (such as
Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Premier Designs Jewelry, Scentsy, Tastefully Simple etc), repeat vendors will be honored for
the first 2 weeks. Your application must be received by January 25 th to secure your space. After that, booth
assignment will be on a first come, first served basis.
All Applications are due by March 31st, 2015

We have a rain date of May 9th to be determined the day of the show by organizers, if necessary.
If you need electric you are welcome to bring a quiet generator but there is no electric available.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booth space, you must do so by April 5th to
receive a full refund. From April 6 – 17th ½ the fee will be refunded. After April 17th there will
be no refund.
We plan for you to have a high quality event, with great foot traffic, our desire is to provide you
a quality show to make money on your items by keeping everyone to the same HIGH standards.
One of the events of the day will be a “silent auction”, if you wish to participate and donate
an item to the silent auction, please let us know and we will send someone to your booth to pick
it up.
Your booth MUST be manned by an ADULT at all times, no exceptions!
Make checks payable to: “Gentle Interventions”.
Please check the size of your tent: ropes and tie down/spikes need to fit inside the booth
dimensions.
I agree to release Gentle Interventions and Hebron Baptist Church from any responsibility,
personal liability loss, damage of goods or lack of sales in connection with this event. I accept
conditions of General Information sheet, Vendor Application. Upon receiving your application
an acknowledgement email will be sent to you.
