Thank you for your interest in participating in our 4th Annual Conference and Trade Show.
This event will have participants from Montana and Wyoming dedicated to “transforming
health through IT”. The MT HIMSS Board is excited to provide an opportunity for you to
showcase your solutions and services to our members and attendees. As you plan which
solutions and services to showcase at our conference, our membership survey identified

The cost for vendor registration is $425 if you register by April 24, 2015. Vendor
registration after April 24, 2015 is $550.

Prize Drawing
A portion of your registration fee will be put towards the purchase of prizes to be given
away to attendees during Thursday’s lunch session. Participants must be present to win.
If your organization would like to offer your own raffle or giveaway, please notify a vendor
liaison for further details.

Booth Setup and Break Down
(Please note that vendors are responsible for their own set up and tear down): Booth
Set up begins on Tuesday evening after 6pm, or Wednesday morning prior to 8:30am. The
last event with the vendors ends Thursday morning; you may dismantle your booth after
this event. You are welcome to leave your booth up until the end of the conference on
Thursday.
