For Profit Entity, non‐Chamber member $50 Non‐Profit Group, non‐Chamber member $30 For Profit Entity, Holdrege Chamber member $30 Non‐Profit Group, Holdrege Chamber member $20 Fee for booths needing electricity $10 Our event will advertised on TV, Radio, Newspaper and Internet. Last year more than 2,000 people attended the event. Booths open from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm; Set Up from 8:30 am – 10:30 am You may stay as late as 3:00 pm, but can leave as early as 2:00 pm. THIS IS NON‐REFUNDABLE AS IT IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. Reservation deadline: June 10, 2015 (no reservations will be accepted after this date) P a g e 1 | 3 Holdrege Swedish Days Street Festival Vendor Agreement Swedish Days Street Festival Committee agrees: 
To provide reserved booth space of 15’ x 15’ for Vendor to promote, advertise and/or sell products or services; 
To allow Vendor to distribute coupons or other promotional materials or products; 
To make reasonable good faith efforts to promote the Festival in a manner that will be beneficial to marketing the Vendor’s product at the Festival; Vendor agrees as follows: 
To promote, advertise and/or sell only products/services listed in application; 
To NOT conduct any illegal activity at the Swedish Days Street Festival, nor to sell or give away any illegal services or products. Vendor assumes all liability for any such activity; 
To clean up trash at the Vendor booth and dump trash into receptacle; 
To provide their own signage or banners for the booth; 
To provide their own cover or tent (if wanted) not to exceed purchased booth space; 
To secure all contents (tents MUST be anchored) and any cords must be taped and safe; 
To remain open during all hours of operation of the Swedish Days Street Festival, under no circumstances can booths be taken down before 2:00 pm. Booth must be set up by 10:30 am on Saturday; this is a rain or shine event. It will not be cancelled due to inclement weather, therefore no refunds. To pay required booth fee. Payment must accompany this signed application and received by June 10th in order for booth space to be considered reserved. 

To provide change for sales and any miscellaneous equipment needed. 
To have booth completely taken down and removed by 3:30 p.m. Failure to comply with Swedish Day Street Festival rules shall be grounds for immediate termination of participation at this year’s event and may result in permanent exclusion at future events. I have received and read this application and agree to abide by the rules and regulations contained therein, and sell/serve only the products listed on my application except with prior written approval of the Swedish Days Street Festival Chairperson. P a g e 2 | 3 Holdrege Swedish Days Street Festival Release of Liability and Waiver Liability: The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Holdrege are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise. The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Holdrege are not responsible or liable for any injuries or an accident occurring throughout the event including while the vendor is transporting or removing their products. The Vendor is responsible for notifying the consumer of potential health hazards surrounding their products i.e., allergies pertaining to skin products but is absolutely mandatory should food be prepared with nut products or shellfish. The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Holdrege accept no responsibility for reimbursement associated with returned checks and declined credit card payments, etc. The Vendor is responsible for transporting and removing the goods to and from the Vendor area in a safe and courteous manner. Waiver: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT in consideration of the rental of the Vendor area. I hereby agree:  The Vendor is responsible for leaving the area in the condition that it was originally received i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes, trash, etc.  To waive any and all claims that I may have in the future against The Holdrege Area Chamber of Commerce and City of Holdrege and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Releasees”) and to the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of arising out of any aspect of my use of the Vendor area due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence of theft; or in respect of the provision of the failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions, or guidance as to the use of the Vendor area.  I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT.
