A public meeting will be held on
Thursday 16th April 2015 at the Hyden CRC at
2.00pm to discuss the future of the Waveline
News.
For the paper to continue we need an EDITOR or
some organisation to take it over.
All suggestions welcome to see our paper

The Bendigo Community Banking model is coming
to Hyden. With the exit of Bankwest from our area,
Hyden Progress Association Inc is keen to develop
a relationship with Kulin Community Bank to get a
service in Hyden. Representatives will be on hand
to meet and greet, with answers to your questions
in the old Bankwest branch on Thursday 16th of
April from 1pm.
Community banking is about the banking profits
being returned to our community. Approx $10m
made up of credits/ loans and other bank business
is required for a Hyden Sub branch to open.
Hyden will have its own BSB code so profit
allocation to our community can take effect.
Your support by allocating your banking business
to Bendigo Bank is the only way to achieve our
own bank. The sooner targets are reached, the
sooner a Branch can open in Hyden.
Hyden Trading Centre, in the old Bankwest
building, Thursday 16th April from 1pm. Come
and meet the people involved.
