For more than 25 years Jane has built a career across blue
chip Technology, Media and Telecommunications
organisations in Australia and internationally. She started
as a product and systems engineer at Microsoft in early
1989, then spanning into development, partner, sales and
consumer marketing roles over the next sixteen years. Time
running mass market product group at Vodafone, then led
to a role as CEO of Fairfax Digital (Metro Media) ,
overseeing the online news and entertainment businesses
encompassing product, marketing, mobile, editorial,
development and integration of acquisitions.

In her current role at Pandora, she has been charged with
growing the first international subsidiaries for Pandora –
establishing a broad base of streaming radio listeners and
implementing the commercial model and long term market
approach. Pandora recently announced two million
registered users in less than 18 months, more than fifty
local auto and device integrations and a rapidly growing
base of engaged and loyal users.
Pam Rebecca

Pam Rebecca is a customer focused, transformational
change leader with 30 years financial services experience
including a diverse range of executive and general
management roles.
She was appointed General Manager Digital in October
2012 with responsibility for leading all digital channels as
well as the Digital Transformation Program for ANZ, one of
the world's top 15 banks.
Pam has a proven track record in consistently building and
leading talented, high performing teams across multiple
disciplines. She is a digital and social media ambassador
experienced in all aspects of digital transformation
including strategy, eCommerce, commercialisation, large
complex program delivery (>$100M) through to agile,
iterative delivery and everything in between, including
culture change.
