1. Please accept this email as a formal request to receive copies of your most recent analysis
banking statements for each account. This will allow our company an opportunity to include a
pricing pro forma in our proposal.
IFES responds: IFES’ operating account statements for February – April 2015 are available to
qualified companies upon request.
For questions 2&3 of this Q&A document, reference Section: 5 Qualifications & References,
Item #1 – The third & fourth bullet points.
2. Registration Documents: Can you define what specific registration documents are needed, and
if these are required for the reference that we will provide or our company?
IFES responds: Please submit documentation which demonstrates that your company is a
legally registered entity. This information is required for the offeror, not for references.
3. U.S. Companies must indicate if they are registered small Business (Woman owned, Minorityowned, Disabled, Service Disabled, Veteran-owned): Is this question directed to the references
that we will provide or our company?
