strengthen you in deeper ways
Strengthen and Flow - a yoga inspired whole body strengthening class
designed to sculpt, harden and firm while empowering the mind
Cardio Sculpt - mix intervals of resistance training and cardio bursts
TitleBoxing - train your entire body by training like a boxer! Various drills,
combinations and moves on or off the punching bags work the heart and build
incredible strength.
CoreConnect - Just what the title suggests, you connect to your core to
go beyond strong abs, building strength through entire body.
CLAY Ball! - utilize medicine and physioballs to mix up your workout!
Smart Stretch - Targeting those areas that commonly stiffen with
inactivity, this class uses precised body positions to restore optimal
circulation
ABSolution - torch calories in this class that focuses on strengthening the
entire core with a fusion of dance, strength, power and pilates exercises.
Zen Strength - Combining elements of Yoga, Pilates, and resistance
training this workout will open, lengthen and strengthen the body
Baddal Method- This new signature class fuses plyometric, strength, cardio
and balance drills for an intense and satisfying total body workout.
Pilates Strength - Adding resistance to the fundamentals of Pilates will
strengthen you in deeper ways
HIIT 45/HIIT Blitz - It's high intensity interval training for the entire body in
just 45 minutes! Blitz takes it to the next level!
Power Sculpt - total body conditioning that utilizes body bars, dumbbells,
steps, wedges and tubing to create a kick-butt workout
Rolling Grace - Work out the kinks in this foam rolling class. Beneficial for
anyone and everyone!
