Hello Everyone!
Spring is always my favorite time of year as we see new growth all
around us, we are reminded of what small wonders are about to pop
up right before our eyes! Beautiful time of year, and I hope each and
every one of my Heritage Club friends are able to go out and enjoy it 
Wow! Mystery Trip SOLVED! For as many stops that were on the
itinerary for this years Mystery Trip, I don’t think ANYONE could have
guessed all of the fun stops that were made! From Bunkers Dunkers in
Jefferson, an 1875 Historic Furniture Shop and Museum, the popular
Iowa State University Underwood Tea Room, Cook’s Emporium, a
chocolaterie, a Dutch oven bakery, to the John 15 Vineyard in Scranton,
the day could not fit much more in, except for lots of laughs along the
way.
MOVIE DAY will be May 21st @ 2pm at the Fridley Theatre in
Carroll! If you are curious to know the movie, simply call any of the
Iowa Savings Bank locations within 24 hours of the movie showing.
Heritage Club Movie Events are still only $3! Your admission also
includes a bag of their famous popcorn…AND $5.00 drawings ($5
drawings are exclusive to Heritage Club Members only)! You are
welcome to bring a friend along to the movie, even if they are NOT an
Iowa Savings Bank Heritage Club Member! More the Merrier I always
say! Our Heritage Club Members that have email will get the
information about the movie as soon as I do… which is about a week in
advance. Heritage Club e-mail is the fastest way to receive upcoming

included ideas I think we will be able to accomplish! I have been able
to make a list of exciting outings for you this year, so keep up the great
work and keep those fun ideas coming! In case you do not have my

Do you have a green thumb? How about a crafty side? Perhaps you know your
‘way’ around the kitchen. Then you might want to start brainstorming ways to
participate in Iowa Savings Banks Farmers Market at our Glidden
location! Last year we had a lot of fun putting the market together and see so
many vendors with awesome talents! Call me to find out how YOU can become a
vendor! Or, in my case (no green thumb, no crafty side, and I burn everything I
cook OR bake) I look forward to the ISB Farmers Market this Spring/Summer
where I can find a variety of home grown/made goods for sale! Stay tuned!
The Iowa Savings Banks Penny Dives! Have you ever been to a Penny Dive? If
not, you are missing out of a lot of good fun! Penny Dives will be held as follows:
Coon Rapids Aquatic Center July 3rd
Lake City Pool July 12th TBD
Glidden Aquatic Center July 31st
So, make sure to tell the grandkids, or anyone you know under the age of 14!
Over $100 worth of coins will be thrown in at each pool location, and each child
will also receive an official Iowa Savings Bank t-shirt (while supplies last)! The
Penny Dive is a fun event to watch, come join us if you can!
Lunch On The Lawn will be held at our Coon Rapids location July 8th! Lunch on
the Lawn is one of my favorite yearly event where we set up our big Iowa Savings
Bank tent, and look forward to good food and good friends to sit and chat with.
Iowa Savings Bank appreciates our customers, and the Lunch on the Lawn is our
way of saying ‘thank you’ for your business! Reservations are not required for the
Lunch on the Lawn event.
