For new truck owners, there are two levels of coverage available

Priority customer, your truck will always be serviced by Isuzu
Technicians, who maintain a full history of your vehicle. First
and foremost, reliability is everything, but improved resale

Items outlined in the above two service agreement products are based on general wear and tear only and are also subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the owners manual. Indexed to CPI. Fees payable under Isuzu Priority Service Agreements are subject to terms, conditions and exclusions.

With Priority Total, as well as all of the benefits enjoyed by
Priority One customers, you also have replacement of major
components that are subject to wear, such as clutches,
brakes & suspension. Not only that, but repairs to transmission
and final drive components are covered, even extending to
engine rebuilds. It’s complete ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage.

program the dealer will use to help you select the right truck
and body for your application. Once it’s been programmed with
your information, ISIS simulates how the truck will perform in
terms of its weight distribution, available power and other
performance characteristics. So with ISIS, you’re sure to find
your perfect match.

Isuzu Telematics interconnects both truck and driver with your
full support team, from the dispatcher to the service manager.

data, in real time, on virtually everything the truck and the
driver do. From its brakes to his breaks. From how long it spent
idling to where it spent the night. And in the process, makes all
