Applicant must send entry form, photos or slides if a 1st time vendor and booth fee. 2. Exhibitor is responsible for backdrops, chairs, tables, etc. 3. Collection and remittance of Texas Sales Tax is exhibitor’s responsibility. 4. Vehicles are not allowed in booth area except during set-up or takedown time. 5.
