$25 per outside booth area- We will have a 10 x 10 area to setup in the parking lot. (6ft tables are
limited and given out to the first 10 people who request them)
$35 per inside booth area – We will have a 10 x 10 area setup with an 8 foot table and 2 chairs in the
Gym.
Set Up Time:
o For Outside booth area: Saturday, May 30, 7:30 am – 8:00 am. You will need to bring any supplies
needed for your booth such as chairs, table, tent, table cloths, etc. with you that day. Please note there
will be No Electricity available outside. (6ft tables are limited and given out to the first 10 people who
request them)
o
For Inside booth area: Friday, May 29, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. You will need to bring any extra supplies
needed for your booth such as additional chairs, tables, table cloths, power cords, extension cords, etc.
Electricity areas are limited. These are given out on first come first serve, bases.

Advertisement for Event: Local Papers, radio, TV, front of church, Facebook, and website.

Space is Limited for inside to 27 booth areas! Outside booth areas are limited too! Sign Up Now!

All money raised from this event will go to the Children’s Department. We will also be hosting a bake sale
during the Yard Sale Mania.
1. By registering for the Event and paying your booth fee you are agreeing to the following: Jones
Memorial UMC or the Children’s Department is not held liable for any bodily injuries and/or lost,
damaged or stolen items. We will advertise this event and do everything possible to have a large
attendance, however no refunds will be given for low attendance or sales.
2. This event is sponsored by the Children’s Department at Jones Memorial UMC and is considered a
Family Friendly Event, please understand that any inappropriate behavior may cause booth renters or
visitors to be required to leave the premises. Also no inappropriate items can be sold or displayed.

inside booth area) non- refundable deposit paid by credit card or check by Wednesday, May 13
