Minecraft
Bring Minecraft® to life using Lego® bricks.
Create your own world: animals, creepers
and your very own Minecraft® character!
We have three different levels of fun
Minecraft themes from beginner to expert
based on ages. We
incorporate Lego®
building with
Minecraft-related
games, trivia, and
laptop activities
depending on age
group.
Star Wars
Participate in Star Wars® themed
activities, build scenes from the movie,
ships, deathstar, battles, lightsabers, you
name it. May the force be with you!
Combat Robots
Do you think you can build the strongest
and most agile robot? Can your robot win
a head-to-head mission? We’ll learn basic
strategies for building sturdy structures
and then apply that knowledge to build a
robot for friendly competition!
(Suggested for ages 7+)

some “gold coins”! Have a great time with
your friends, Lego®-style!
Trains
Get all of your friends together to build a
Lego® train village. Build rail bridges,
buildings, houses, and more. Bring it all
together to make an awesome “rail town”
that is named in honor of the birthday boy
or girl. We use larger Duplo bricks for kids
age 4 and under, and regular Lego bricks
for ages 5+.

acrobats, animals, and
a Circus train.

Q: Are there age limits for kids?
A: Snapology parties are for kids of all ages. Most parties are designed to appeal to children in the age range of the birthday child, but
we can accommodate a wider range of ages if you notify us in advance. We have party themes for kids ages 2 through 14 (and even
older for the advanced electronics theme, architecture, advanced Lego mosaic art, or our Expert-level Minecraft theme).
Q: How early should I book the party?
A: We recommend contacting us at least 4 weeks in advance if you have very specific location and time requirements. We reserve
locations on a first-come-first-served basis, so we want to make sure you have your choice of venue, date, and time.
Q: How early should we plan to arrive for our party?
A: Please plan to arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party. This will give us time to go over any final details
with you. Guests should plan to arrive at the scheduled start time.
Q: Do parents need to stay for the duration of the party?
A: There is no need for your guests’ parents to stay. Having a kids-only party zone helps us to create a focused atmosphere during
our Lego® building activities. Younger children may need parental supervision, so we recommend the birthday parent communicate
their expectations with other parents prior to the party. For parents who choose to stay, our party venues have areas for the adults to sit
comfortably while the children are having fun as a group. Some venues (Camp Harmony, Pine Lodge, Mack Park, and Blue Spruce)
accommodate larger groups and would be conducive to a multi-generational party with parents, grandparents, and others.
Q: What is the typical schedule for a party?
A: As children arrive, they are directed toward stations set up with bins of loose Lego bricks where they are free to play and build.
Once all guests have arrived, we get started on our guided, theme-based activities. We typically complete 2-3 fun activities while also
allowing time for cake and presents. We are happy to work with you to adapt the schedule based on your vision for the party.
Q: Do your party facilitators and instructors have current Criminal History and Childline clearances?
A: Yes. All Snapology instructors and party facilitators have their current clearances.
Q: Do you provide food or cake?
A: You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks for the children to the party
location. If you would like us to order for you, we will make arrangements with the
restaurant of your choice. We can also make arrangements with Yummy for Every
Tummy to bring gluten-free cupcakes or cake for your group.
Q: What is the party favor gift set like and how much does it cost?
A: The party favor is a small boxed set that contains building pieces and a minifigure. The cost is $5 per set. There are different themes to choose from. We can
order the sets in the theme of your choice. See the photo insert.
The party favor themes available for order are:
Policeman
Special Rescue Squad
Construction Worker
Guard
Princesses
Soldier
Fireman
Q: How does payment work?
A: Pay by check on the day of the party or send advance payment by check made
payable to “Snapology of Johnstown/Indiana PA” PO Box 747 Indiana, PA 15701.
Q: Can we have the party at my house?
A: We have carefully selected the eight locations listed in this brochure as the ideal
venues for your party. We currently only offer parties in these locations. However, if
there is another public (non-residential) location that you would like us to consider, we
would be glad to work with you. Just call us at 844-SNAPCLASS.
Q: Do the kids keep what they build?
A: In order to keep our costs affordable, we do not offer a take-home build. However,
our party favor boxes are a very popular option that allows kids to take home a NEW
building set. You are also welcome to bring any party favors you wish. Some popular
options are minifigure packs ($4-5 each) or Lego-themed cookies or candy.
Q: Do you have an invitation we can send?
A: Yes! After your party details are finalized, we will send you a customized, printable
invitation that you can take to any photo printer and place on 4x6 photo paper. All you
will need to do is save the file to your computer or phone and send it to the printer or
take it to an instant photo kiosk (available at Wal-Mart or CVS) and print. The invitation will also be electronic, so you can email it to
your friends or post it on Social Media. See example.
