Job Summary
Works with government sales and marketing teams to manage our public sector sales program in Canada.
Coordinates various project resources and integrates the appropriate logistical support to accomplish the project
tasks based on business judgment. Leads in the development and implementation of the project plan and monitors
issues, status, and resource availability, tracks associated expenses to ensure that project remains within
established budget parameters and provides project reporting as required.
Job Responsibilities











Assists in determining appropriate project individuals and resources in order to optimize client satisfaction
Documents information on client operating environment and business practices and communicates to the
project team
Monitors established time frames as well as the process and progress of schedules to ensure that project
deliverables are met
Maintains open lines of communication with clients to ensure engagement adheres to schedule
Provides accurate and timely information to management on the performance measurement, quality
assurance, and customer satisfaction areas of the project
Documents all meeting data; provides regular status reports to all team members, client, and internal
management
Maintains data and files in order to track performance metrics, and expenses associated with projects and
contractors
Prioritizes issues for resolution
Ensure government program compliance
Manage and communicate to all government assigned reps in the country
Identify top positioned products and services on NSTL and communicate with clear defined action plan








Ongoing security clearance management
Monitor NSTL quality testing
NMSO product submission
Cost model analysis with pricing team to ensure competitive ranking
Tight linkage with Bid response team for RFPs
PWGSC main contact (relationship management)
Ensure alignment with optimize print services program
Potential to leverage for CSPQ and other provincial public sector program management
Skills, Experience and Qualifications









5 years of Business Analysis experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Project as a planning tool
Experience with Operations, Order Management, Invoicing/Billing and Logistics processes
Demonstrated ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment
Strong EXCEL and database skills
Sound administrative, organization and analytical skills
University degree preferred or related business and technology certification is a plus.
Project Management Institute certification in progress
Bilingual (English/French) would be a strong asset
