of Klamath, its agents and volunteers against any and all loss, damage, liability, claims, demands, or costs
resulting from injury or harm to persons or property (including, without limitation, Vendor’s employees or
property) to the extent arising out of or in any way connected with Vendor’s negligent performance hereof.

Moore Park (Friday and/or Saturday)
Moore Park will be utilized Friday for registration (11am to 4pm) and again on Saturday for the Show ‘n Shine
from 7am to 4pm.
**Due to new parking rules by the City of Klamath Falls that prohibits any vehicles under trees and heavy
vehicles on any grassy area, please carefully note the location of each type of vendor for this year’s event**
Food vendors
• Will all be located in the middle parking lot between registration and handicap parking
• Space is limited and the Kruise of Klamath reserves the right to select which vendors are granted space
with the intent of providing attendees a variety of food selections
• Vendors will be parked on a first come – first serve basis and are encouraged to setup on Friday even if
they do not plan to serve food that day.
Light Vendor Area
• On grass next to food vendor area.
• Those with a trailer than can be disconnected from vehicle and pushed by hand to their assigned space or
those with items that can be hand carried in.
• No vehicles are allowed in this area even for loading or unloading.
All other vendors – please call Lon Casebeer at (541)891-1509 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Notes: *One fee for both Friday & Saturday – you’re choice if you want to be open both days or just one. If
signing up for both days, you may leave your space set up overnight. Vendors are not allowed in Moore
Park after dusk on Friday but Kruise of Klamath will be providing professional security overnight.
*Setup: Friday 10am to 4pm / Saturday 7am to 9am (must be setup by 9am on Saturday)
*Canopies are allowed as long as they are properly secured to prevent them from moving – small
stakes or anchors only.
* No alcohol.
*Access to electricity won’t be provided / Access to potable water will be provided.
Downtown Kruise (Saturday)

Downtown Klamath Falls / Main St. and Klamath Ave. Intersections between 4th and 12th
Hours:
Setup – 5pm to 6pm Operation – 6pm to 8:30pm Must be clear of intersection by 9pm
Notes:
* Vendors may park their vehicles next to their assigned vendor space.
*Canopies are allowed as long as they are anchored with weights.
*Access to potable water won’t be provided / Access to electricity won’t be provided.
