Feast of Tabernacles 2015

Dear Friends and Fellow Laborers,
All is arranged for the Feast of Tabernacles in Chiang Mai, Thailand. All costs are
approximate and figured at the rate of 30 Thai Baht per one U.S. Dollar. It will be to your
advantage if the Dollar gets stronger.
ROOM RATES and ADVANCE BOOKING
The Empress Hotel and Convention Center has once again given us special rates. Rooms at
the Empress can already be reserved. Here are rates if the room is booked in advance
through the Legacy Institute by the 15th of August.
Once you arrive, please present your credit card at the time of check-in, and pay in full
upon check-out. Again, room rates are figured at the projected exchange rate of 30 Thai
Baht per U.S. Dollar. These room rates include all taxes, surcharges and VAT.
Superior
1 person – $37.(includes International Breakfast Buffet)
2 person– $47.(includes International Breakfast Buffet for 2)
Deluxe
1 person – $47.(includes International Breakfast Buffet)
2 person – $60 (includes International Breakfast Buffet for 2)
Executive Suite
$150.(includes International Breakfast Buffet for 2)
Extra Bed: $20. – 1 to 12 years – NO CHARGE.
Extra Breakfast: Children up to 4 years of age (FREE Breakfast); 5 to 12 years pay$7.00
Extra Breakfast -- Adults: $8.50
In addition, the hotel is offering the Legacy Institute Feast-goers the following:
1. Free Wi-Fi
2. 50% discount on all laundry and dry cleaning
3. Fruit and flowers set in your room on arrival
4. A complimentary fruit drink at check-in

SPECIAL LEGACY TOUR PACKAGE
Legacy Institute offers a special package which includes tours and some international
buffet meals. Here is a list of what the Special Legacy Package includes:
1. Opening Night Buffet Dinner.
2. First Holy Day Buffet Lunch
3. Visit to Elephant Farm with Lunch
4. Visit to Legacy School, Farm, and Dinner at School
5. Visit to Queen Sirikit’s Organic Agriculture Project with Box Lunch
6. Family/Talent Night with Buffet Dinner
7. Visit to Wood Carving and Umbrella Handicraft centers with Box Lunch

The Legacy Institute Package is optional. If you choose NOT to take the Package and still
want to participate in any given event, you will be responsible for paying the full rate for
participation including any transportation, entrance fees, or cost for food, etc.

years and will stay exactly the same:
