STAFF SYSTEMS ANALYST – SENIOR LVC-IA OPERATOR Position Tracking Number: HR15005 Description: Providing technical, operational, and functional support for United States Army simulation training at the National Simulation Center, Fort Bragg, NC. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for configuration, maintenance and security of computer systems, Mission Command systems and enabling networks used for the Army’s LVC-IA Responsible for the functional testing of new software releases before implementation Responsible for identifying and reporting software deficiencies to Government point of contact and making priority recommendations to material developers Provide technical and functional analysis of internal software releases to enhance training value and ensure standards are met May require travel Conduct Site Surveys and provide input to the Simulation Control Plan. Configure, maintain and manage, test, operate, troubleshoot and support JLCCTC Main Site Baseline in support of RSC Events at the Main Site. And other support functions as needed to provide on location exercise support. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree from an accredited college or university in a field which provides the proposed incumbent with the overall knowledge to perform the tasks identified in the Government’s Task Order. Experience: Minimum four (4) years relevant experience (academic, work, or combination of both) in the operation and design of exercise work cells and simulations hardware/software configuration. Required Qualifications: Information Assurance Technology Level 1 (IAT1) Baseline and Computing environment certifications. (Security +, Microsoft) Information Assurance Technology Level 2 (IAT2) Baseline and Computing Environment (CE) certifications. (Security +, Microsoft) More than 7 years’ experience training Army units with simulations and simulators at the battalion and brigade level, Five years’ experience with exercise life cycle (ELC) concepts and milestones, Demonstrated experience with simulation data modeling and database requirements, Demonstrated experience with ITE enabling communication protocols to include CTIA, DIS and HLA, Liberty is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
