This is a seven day celebration devoted to advancing craft beer through education and comradery of Lincoln breweries, taverns, retail establishments and restaurants. . The goal this year is to achieve synergy amongst all participating establishments in order to create a sense of unity in the craft beer market. As our local beer culture continues to expand, evolve and improve, we hope that LBW can assist in that evolution and expansion through unique community events. General Requirements for Getting your Events onto the LBW Website Each event’s main focus must be on​

­ This is a paid event and beers must be specified. It is highly recommended that a distributor or brewery representative be available to talk about the beers and there needs to be a dedicated pourer (can be a distributor or brewery rep). Craft Beer Sampling​
­ This is typically a free event at off premise locations. Beers must be specified. Someone knowledgeable must be available to talk about the beers and there needs to be a dedicated pourer. The beer at the sampling should be available for purchase. Craft Beer Food Pairings ​
­ Beer and food items must be specified on the LBW event page or a link to the establishment’s website with the information must be provided. Craft Beer Dinners ​
– Must have multiple courses​

and the menu must be available on the LBW event page or a link to the establishment’s website providing the information for the paired event. Craft Beer Seminars ​

­Establishments must reward the homebrewers in some way, such as gift cards, giveaways and or prizes.​

craft beer along with specials on beer that are already in place. If there is an issue with a submitted event you will be notified by email. You can then make changes and resubmit. We don’t want to limit establishments to just these common events so be creative and submit your ideas as we will review each one case by case. Application. ​
I, on behalf of Participant, apply for sponsorship/membership in LBW. The execution of this Agreement by the undersigned is the duly authorized and legally binding action of participant, and upon execution hereof, participant shall be bound by and subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Payment. ​
Participant agrees to pay all membership dues, associated with the Membership Option and/or Sponsorship Option indicated above, upon signing this Agreement. th​
Term. ​
This Agreement shall lapse and expire April 10​
, 2015. Participant Responsibilities. ​
Participant’s actions in LBW shall be undertaken at participant’s sole risk, and LBW shall not be liable for any harm, injuries, or damage to Participant or Participant’s property, or be subject to any claim, demand, liability or damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of LBW, the Board of Directors (“Board”), its successors and assigns, as well as its officers and agents, for all such claims, demands, liabilities, damages, actions, or causes of action. It is specifically agreed that LBW shall not be responsible or liable for articles lost, damaged, or stolen in, about, or in connection with LBW, nor for loss or damage to any other Participant property. Rules and Regulations. ​
Participant acknowledges that LBW operates under rules and regulations promulgated by LBW. As such, Participant understands and agrees to the following: a.
Participant has no right or authority to bind or obligate LBW to any extent whatsoever with regard to any matter without the express written consent of the Board. b.
Participant shall not use the LBW name and/or logo for other than participation purposes and without the express written consent of the Board. Board warrants its consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
c.
Participant understands the Board has sole and absolute discretion over any and all decisions related to the activities, events, and marketing of LBW. Board warrants it will act in the best interests of LBW and its members. d.
Participant shall refrain from any and all acts detrimental to the best interests of LBW or which would make it impossible to carry on business or affairs of LBW and its members. We hereby agree to all the terms of this Agreement, intending to be legally bound hereby. MEMBER
