Students who do not speak English as their first language will also be asked to supply TOEFL results. □ A description of your responsibilities and involvement in three separate school activities. □ A description of any other honors and activities. □ An essay (300-400 words) describing a leadership moment of personal importance to you. □ $75 non-refundable application fee, to be paid online by credit card or personal check at the time of application. Must be paid to submit and save application data. IMPORTANT!: We recommend having all of the data above prepared before you proceed to your application form. This document provides basic information about your school, including history, grading system, testing averages, matriculation, etc. □ Two letters of recommendation o Each recommender must complete their recommendation before March 8, 2013. o After submitting your application, we will email each recommender.
