Terms and Conditions
All proposals will be reviewed by a panel of judges consisting of Bluebeam representatives. Selected
presenters will be notified by phone and email once the selection process is complete.
Bluebeam will cover the cost of conference registration and one night hotel accommodation for all
selected presenters. Presenters are responsible for their own travel expenses including airfare and
transportation to/from the conference, plus any additional nights they wish to stay in the hotel.

By submitting this proposal, the applicant states that they have permission from their respective
companies and project partners to present at Bluebeam eXtreme Conference London, to have their
company’s logo used in printed and digital materials, and to be filmed during their presentation.
