Simple Hog Roast: carved in front of guests: Roasted Hog in a Buttered Roll, Apple
Sauce and Stuffing served on Plates or in a Napkin.
Evening Cheese and Meat Buffet: Selection of cheeses from around the world to
include: Herefordshire Hop, Ripe Brie, Roquefort, Australian Blue Mature
Cheddar, Home-made Potted Pate with Smoked Chilli Jam, Whole Honey Roast
Ham, Chorizo and Olives, Farmhouse Pork and Chicken Terrine, Served with Crusty
Bread, Biscuits and Home-made Chutneys, Grapes and Figs.
Hog Roast: The Hog Roast is carved in front of your guests and comes with a selection of
salads, apple sauce, stuffing and bread rolls. You can choose your salads or maybe you
would like a baked potato in lieu of one of the salads, we are flexible on the side dishes.
Fish & Chips from a Vintage Fish & Chip Van: Unlimited Fish and Chips served from
a Vintage Fish & Chip van. This usually runs from about 8pm till 10.30pm. It also
includes, Sausage a Veggie Option, Curry Sauce and of course Mushy Peas.
