Hello, I am writing to request that a proclamation would be made stating that the City of Cornwall recognize that June is ALS Awareness Month. In addition, I am asking that the ALS Canada flag be flown at the City of Cornwall to also recognize June being ALS Awareness Month in the City of Cornwall. In an email to the Mayor’s office yesterday, I have requested the Mayor’s attendance at the Cornwall Walk for ALS to be held on Saturday, June 6th at St. Lawrence College, 2 St. Lawrence drive, Cornwall. If he is able to attend and the proclamation is granted then I will ask to have the Mayor read and present the proclamation at the walk. If there is any further information you require from me or applications that need to be filled out, please do not hesitate to contact me.
