Wairarapa Moana Incorporation runs a large farming operation that includes over 5,500ha

We are currently seeking an experienced Farm Manager to manage the following dairy
platform starting 1st June 2015:

364 effective hectares with 85 hectares Centre Pivot Irrigation, 980 cows
(402,000kgMS). This property also offers a 54 bale rotary.
We are looking for applicants with outstanding animal husbandry and pasture management
skills, previous experience managing staff, the ability to utilise new technology and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
A competitive remuneration package is on offer to the ‘right’ applicant which includes a
3 bedroom house with office and double garage and access to training and professional development.

Contractors to Taupo District Council, Parkinson & Holland, will be commencing cleaning and
CCTV condition assessments of all the storm-water pipework in
Mangakino on Monday 4th May 2015.
This work should take approximately 3 weeks to complete.
Many of the storm-water manhole access points are located within property sections; Parkinson & Holland will be carrying out letter drops advising residents when this work is to be carried out in specific streets to ensure access can be arranged with property owners.
Your assistance with allowing Parkinson & Holland access to storm-water manholes on your
property is much appreciated.

Police Community Report – April 30th 2015
Firstly; "Thanks for the Awesome turn out for the ANZAC day service up at the RSA". It
was indeed encouraging and humbling to be a part of this Great Community at this event.
"We Will Remember Them"
Brain dead druggies have been active again with the removal of a small plot of Cannabis
being plucked from a rural property at Whakamaru. Any info in relation to this will be
gratefully received by Police.
The filthy thieving cockroaches have been active again with hot water cylinders being
taken from empty rural farm houses out of town. Again; stay vigilant and report any
suspicious vehicles or persons. Help us crush these thieves and put them where they
belong; in jail.
Parents; It's time to look out for your kids in the evenings. There have been some naughty
children that think its cool to throw the bread and milk crates around the roads from behind
the 4 Square???. Actually, it's "Not Cool" and to be honest; why are these kids out roaming
after dark anyway? This has potential to end very badly. "Keep your kids safe".
Unfortunately we have had an incident of an assault upon an innocent man by a
Big BULLY; He got grabbed because he chose to rent his house to some people that no one
else would rent a house to. Alcohol was involved and clearly this ridiculous behaviour is
just another example of; "if you cant behave when you drink; don't drink"!!!
Reports of dogs roaming around the streets and rural roads; these dogs will be rounded up.
If you have a dog; look after it, or you may lose it.
Keep safe and let us know where the baddies are and what naughty things they are doing.
