with Mr Hu, an abusive Bhuddist leader. You prayed and when we got
there he had already accepted Christ, been baptized, and was working
in the church. That’s amazing!!

The Mission Council asks that you join us in continuing to pray for the
upcoming mission trips to Haiti, England, Belize, and Southeast Asia.
We are also informing you of several God-only size prayer requests.
1) On the initial trip to Haiti, the poor living conditions for many orphans
was God’s motivator to create and build Hope Rising. With construction
nearing a point where these children can be transferred to this much
more desirable facility, the pathway to these children is bring blocked.
We ask that you join with us in seeking Gods intervention for these very
needy children. Specifically that access to these orphans will be eased
and that they will be transferred to the loving, Christian environment of
Hope Rising.
2)Children at Exmouth College in England are taught to sing Christian
songs but they do not know the God that they are singing about. Pray
that God will reveal Himself to these students such that this music can
become songs from a heart of praise to their God.
3) The Bhuddist leader in the village of Thahn Phu (aka Duck Dynasty)
will come to know the One True God as Lord and Savior. We will see and
hopefully baptize him in June.

Your ministerial staff is looking at a more secure and less expensive
product to enable our members to give on-line via either our website or
a secure app on our phones. By far the least expensive option is to allow
members to give by debiting our checking or savings accounts (i.e. no
credit cards). Feedback to Sam Grigsby at 423-736-8326 or sgrigsby@
manleybaptist.org is needed. We would stop using the current method
of giving because of the expense.
south east asia
Our Southeast Asia team is needing gently used or new children’s
clothes to take to orphans in Southeast Asia. If you have any donations,
please see a team member or drop off at Dr. Richard Hewitt’s Clinic.
