Trident SP Screw Press
The Trident SP Screw Press is the most efficient way to dewater
medium to high density slurry achieving a raw slurry to dry solids ratio
of up to 49.5%. Suitable for use in biogas digestate, cattle and hog
manure as well as municipal and industrial wastewater applications
the Trident SP presses are durable and robust. Housed in a stainless
steel body the dewatering auger utilizes SINT Polymer flyghts that
deliver extra long life. The SINT polymer provides exacting tolerances
while dramatically reducing wear lowering maintenance and operational
costs. The unique diaphragm outlet assembly creates self-adjusting
back pressure ensuring maximum dry matter output. This patented
design eliminates the high wear issues found in other screw presses
providing long life making the Trident SP Screw Press reliable and
economical to operate.
