Next Sunday(March 15th) forms will be
available, at both churches, for you to
complete regarding personal information. If you are able to take and deliver
forms of other people not at worship that
would help to reduce the cost of postage. Please return the completed forms
in an envelope via the offering plate, by
post to Box 345 Parkholme, 5043 or deliver to the church office on Monday or
Friday mornings. Spare forms will be provided so people may complete a form if
there is not one labelled for them and
they wish to do so. The information provided will be kept confidential and only
used for the purposes stated on the
form.
Thanks for your help.
