CURRICULUM PLANNING
Monday 2nd – Friday 6th November 2015

planning and designing curricula for smaller educational units such as
modules or courses, or larger programmes. It will be helpful for health
professional educators who are involved in course development at various
levels. [Diploma core]
MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Monday 30th November – Friday 4th December 2015

[Diploma core]
This module will introduce students to a range of methods available for
assessing Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes. As well as describing these
instruments and showing how they may be used effectively the module

In this module students critically reflect on e-learning situated in a variety
of contexts and from various stakeholders’ viewpoints. Legalities and
ethics are introduced, with case studies presented on social networking
and discussion boards. Students are introduced to a variety of e-learning
tools, and study the design processes, including pegagogical underpinning,
encouraging stakeholder engagement and evaluation. [Optional]
EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT
Monday 28th March – Friday 1st April 2016
