Your commitment to JDRF can help improve lives, as together we turn Type One into Type None.
At this event, you will find an incredible community of people who also want to take action to make a world
without type 1 diabetes (T1D). You will be able to meet fundraising superstars who are a vital part of the JDRF
One Walk community and learn best practices on fundraising.
We will also discuss key research areas, all of which are made possible because of the support and fundraising
of the T1D community. Most of this funding comes from JDRF One Walk, our flagship fundraising event, and
the largest T1D event in the world.
Every year, JDRF funds millions of dollars in life-changing type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. This research has
led to breakthroughs such as artificial pancreas systems and encapsulated beta cell therapies, both of which
have moved into clinical trials. The success of JDRF One Walk is only possible because of the support and
commitment of people like you, the determined to make a difference type.
