Event info: The Earth Day Celebration is a tradition in Mount Shasta and we are excited to invite all “Earth
Friendly” vendors and exhibitors to attend and take part in the festivities! The event will occur all day and the
Eco Expo (booths) will be open to the public from 11 – 5. The Celebration will include guest speakers,
children’s activities, information booths, local food, performances and more!
Vendor booths are $45 and non-profit 501C3 booths are $35 for the day. Each space includes a banquet-sized
table. We have approximately 25 indoor booths and 10 outdoor booths available. Spaces are allocated on a
first-come-first served basis.
Earth Day will be widely promoted through flyers, press releases, radio and social media. Please reserve your
booth by April 5th at the latest so we can feature your business or organization in our promotional materials.
Doors open at 9 AM for set up. The Eco Expo will start at 11 AM and finish at 5 PM, but everyone is
encouraged to stick around and celebrate with live music and libations from 6 – 9PM.
If you are unable to commit to a booth but would like to contribute to Earth Day and be featured in our
promotional materials, please contact us about cash and in-kind sponsorship opportunities.
