Notice of Race for IOM ranking event to be held a West Kirby Sailing Club on
Saturday 28th March 2015 & Sunday 29th March 2015

Event Schedule Registration from 08.00am
Sat 28 March - Briefing approximately 09.45
Racing will commence not less than 15 minutes after Briefing.
No race will start after 17.00 hrs any race in progress at 18.00 hrs will be abandoned.
Sunday 29 March Briefing 09.15
Racing will commence not less than 15 minutes after Briefing
No race will be start after 16.15 and any race in progress at 17.15 will be abandoned.

Entry and Eligibility
Entry is open to all members of MYA affiliated Clubs and to members of foreign clubs
affiliated to a Delegated National Member of IRSA. To enter e-mail or post your entry
to Graham Elliott at the address given below. The final closing date for receipt of
entries is 22/03/15.

Entry Fees - Event entry fees are £10 per day payable on the day at Registration.
Entry includes a meal after racing on Saturday in the sailing club.
5.
Sailing Instructions – This event will be run under the current version of the Racing
Rules of Sailing and the MYA SSI’s. The Race Officer reserves the right to use
Observers drawn from the competitors.

Entry List, Sail Numbers and Frequency Allocation.
Information should be available on the MYA Web site and will also be available at
Registration.
7.
Accommodation – Search Google for "accommodation West Kirby"
8.
Parking – Plenty of parking available of the sea front. Please park considerately.
9.
Refreshments - Refreshments will be available throughout both of the days at the
clubhouse.
10. General Info – A freshwater pipe will be available to rinse boats at the end of the day.
Storage facilities to be advised before the event. Food will be available after racing on
Saturday night.
