South leg of Quaker Road would receive all eastbound traffic

North leg of Quaker Road would receive all westbound traffic

Vehicle paths no longer crossing
o
Promotes continuous flow of vehicles

Longer queue length on South Greeley during heavy peak periods

Requires reconfiguration of curbing, striping and crosswalks

Loss of approximately 6 parking spaces on NB South Greeley Avenue

Curbs at triangle corners would also need to be mountable or eliminated
