Dear Vendor: We would like to invite you to our NESD Celtic Faire

March, 2015
Dear Vendor:
We would like to invite you to our NESD Celtic Faire on September 19 and 20, 2015, at the Brown County
Fairgrounds in Aberdeen, SD. This will be our 8th year running and we have reached that milestone of being
established where the public looks forward to the event and mark their calendars to attend!
Our Faire is growing, and attendance has increased to 2-3 thousand. People come from the tri-state area to
enjoy the festivities. Because of the uniqueness of our event for the area, people are very receptive to attending
the Faire, and purchasing your wares. We welcome a variety of wares, but hope that you choose to showcase
items with a Celtic nature or connection. Vendors and their wares are juried–we are looking for quality and
uniqueness, along with a Celtic flair. It would be to your benefit to include a photo of your work along with
your application.
We also have a Facebook page. If you email photos of your product or booth, we will promote your business
on our Facebook page. We hope that you make us a fan and share this information with your customers, family
and friends.
Hours:
Saturday Faire hours will be from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. (Vendors hours required are 10:00 – 6:00 p.m.)
with active Celtic Highland Games, activities, performances, and food vendors. After 6:00 pm, live musical
entertainment as well as Celtic Karaoke and “O’Bleary’s Pub” will remain open on site with a relaxing
atmosphere and casual entertainment until midnight. If you wish, you may stay open for some of the early
evening hours – totally your choice.

September 20. If you have any problems or questions about the hours to be open, please email me or call me
