Food or Items to be sold to the public, only allowed to sell items listed and approved by iHeart Media staff.
(NO toy guns, knives, or swords are allowed):
A $50 Booth Fee for ALL VENDORS will secure a 10 X 10 space.
Food Vendors cannot sell any type of beverage (sodas, aguas frescas, lemonade, water etc.)
Booth Fee must be submitted with this application. BOOTH FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
RESTAURANTS will not be allowed to sell at event.
Absolutely NO ALOCHOL can be brought into the event.
ALL VENDORS MUST BE COMPLETELY SELF CONTAINED.
Vendors must have a tent, table and chairs within their area.
If electricity is needed a fee must be paid and arranged with Fairgrounds at (361)387-9000
FOOD VENDORS must have all necessary permits / Contact Fairgrounds at (361)387-9000 for permit.
The iHeartMedia Event Coordinator determines the location of each vendor booth.
Event set-up and check-in hours are at 7AM on Sunday, May 3, 2015. Vendor booths must be functional NO
LATER than 10AM. Vehicles must be moved off vendor area by 9PM that same evening.
- The vendor is responsible for cleaning up the area occupied during event and trash disposal.
- The Undersigned applicant warrants that applicant is solely responsible for what is being distributed. It is
understood that iHeartMedia, Inc. as sponsors of the event merely rent the space to the vendor and assumes
NO RESPONSIBILITY for the safekeeping or protection of same. In consideration and to induce the sponsors to
arrange space, the undersigned applicant does hereby release the sponsors from any claim, action, demand or
liability arising out of conduct of any nature of the sponsors, its officials or agents, including its asserted
failure to exercise ordinary care and does hereby indemnify from any claim, action or demand any person for
expense or damage arising from selling goods or services. It is understood that the space is rented to the
applicant for the sale and promotion of their business and the event and the sponsors assume NO
RESPONSIBILITY for the supervision or guarding of the rental space and said products. We have the right to
refuse services/vendors at this event.

serves as a binding commitment to full payment of the booth/rental fee to iHeartMedia.
